We believe in service – customer service, that’s why every project we take on is the result of collaboration between you and Carley Construction.  From the beginning, our goal is to serve our customers to the best of our ability.  First, listening to what you want and what your budget will allow, then exploring your vision for the project.  We pride ourselves on outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Step 1: The First Call

During this initial contact, Carley Construction wants to learn as much as we can about your project.  We want to know your wants, needs, budget, and overall thoughts for your job at hand.  We will discuss our estimating process, and schedule a personal on-site consultation.

- Step 2: What will it cost?

During this free consultation, we will discuss the scope of the proposed project, gather more information on your thoughts and concerns, and begin to create your timeline.  At this time we will get measurements and make note of site-specific details that will help us create a more accurate estimate.

- Step 3: Take a look at it.

After we have assembled your rough estimate we will meet with you to provide a list of materials, specifications and budget. An optional drawing and/or 3-D rendering of the proposed construction can be designed. Fees for design are based on project size and design detail. At this time, any questions or concerns will be addressed.

- Step 4: Let’s build it!

Once you have chosen Carley Construction, together we will come to a final design and proposal (including all selections and allowances).  Upon approval, we will enter into a construction agreement. A projected schedule will be determined and materials and specifications will be approved. Permits will be issued and construction will begin. You will always be kept up to date and informed throughout the entire job.
